No Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to enroll in our program. We are committed to providing all our participants with a high-quality experience. Due to the limited availability of spaces and the advanced planning required for our activities, we adhere to a strict no cancellation policy. Please review the terms below: 1.Non-refundable Fees: All registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal circumstances, health issues, or unforeseen events. 2.Commitment to Participation: By registering, you acknowledge that you are committing to participation for the specified duration of the program. We rely on the number of registered participants to organize resources and materials. 3.No Credits/Transfers: Payments cannot be transferred to other programs or future sessions, nor can they be credited towards other services. Each registration is unique to the session and participant named at the time of registration. However you are permitted to transfer your registration to another individual who is not currently enrolled, subject to our approval. 4.Acknowledgment: By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this no cancellation policy. This policy enables us to maintain the integrity and quality of our program for all participants. I have carefully read the description of the class on which we are registering to participate in the Spanish Immersion Program. I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in said activity. The release is intended to discharge in advance the SIP its contractor’s, and all from any and all liability arising out or connected in any way with my participation in said activity. I agree to indemnify and to hold the Spanish Immersion Program and its contractor’s free and harmless from any loss, liability damage, cost or expense which they may incurs as the result of an injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity. I hereby consent my son/ daughter to participate in the above activity, and I hereby execute the agreement, waiver, release on my behave. I State that I am physically able to participate in said activity. I have carefully read this agreement, waiver and release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and the Spanish Immersion Program and I sign it of my free will.
