01

Orientation Session

The first step in our warm, welcoming enrollment process is an orientation session where we have an opportunity to connect personally and discover the aspirations you have for your little one. Our goal in this first conversation is to ensure our values align. We want every family to feel that our nurturing childcare/preschool home is a perfect fit and community for their child.

Should you feel our inclusive community provides the enriching, compassionate place you seek for your child to thrive, we gladly welcome your family.

02

Initial Paperwork

We’ll provide enrollment forms to establish emergency contacts, permissions, parental agreements, and current immunization records etc. This vital information helps us keep all children safe. The enrollment forms must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the child’s first day of school.

03

Payment

Payment of the first two weeks of tuition plus a non-refundable registration and material fee. Tuition depend of the age of your child, how many days per week you need care. Our aim is to make enrollment as easy and uplifting as possible while conveying sincere excitement to integrate your child into our family childcare home. We can’t wait for your little one to become part of ABC Kids Oasis.

Common questions

Here are some tips for having a great first day at ABC Kids Oasis

A backpack or bag with a few comfort items from home – blanket or one stuff animal
Pack a family photo to keep in your child’s cubby, so they feel connected
Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing and shoes.
Bring an extra set of clothes and socks in case of spills or accident, bring diapers/pull-ups if needed.
If you decide to bring lunch and snacks for your child, label everything with your child’s name to avoid mix-ups
Water bottle with their name
Stay positive and upbeat. Your confidence will reassure them.
Give your child a big hug and reassurance. Tell them you know they’ll have fun and you’ll be back later.
Stick to a quick goodbye – long goodbyes can increase separation anxiety. Be patient and understating. This transition may take some time. Working closely with the teachers and having a set routine will help your child adjust.

The most important thing is making sure your child feels safe, loved, and ready to explore! Let me know if you need any other tips to prepare.

Absolutely! Growing together through Dialogue is our focus.

At our childcare/preschool, we love celebrating your child’s journey. We consider it an honor to bear witness to early chapters of your child’s development, new friendships forged on the playground, and acts of leadership or kindness noticed during play. We recognized these little moments matter and deem necessary to capture these joys and wonders through photographs and videos.
